Relationships section of your strategic choices canvas defines the relationships your business needs to support your consumption chain to nurture, deliver and sustain customer delight.

Introduction

Use relationships section of the Strategic choices canvas to define the relationships necessary to support the relationships for your consumption chain. From the previous Channels section, channels will be necessary to enable the relationship.

For each type of relationship that you link to your Strategic choices canvas, you can go into also manage as a business entity including its purpose, objectives, success measures etc.

You can create an Relationship canvas directly from the Strategic choices canvas or the side menu.

  • Click the Add icon

  • Complete the title and description in the dialog that appears

  • Then use the link icon to add that channel to your Channels section of the Strategic choices canvas.

Related entities allows you to build relationships between the Relationshps and any other specific entities. For example, if the Relationship has a dependency on a Channel then you can capture the dependency by linking it in the related entities tab.
